This way, you can track which booking damage occurred on and you always have an overview of the condition of your vehicles.

For every booked trip, the driver will be asked prior to starting the trip and after completing the trip whether there is any new damage visible. Logging the damage is convenient via the VAN2SHARE app’s integrated claims interface. With just a few clicks, the nature and severity of the damage as well as the exact location of the damage on the vehicle can be recorded. Existing damage is listed on the app’s overview screen as well as in Courier Assist and can be managed easily.
